Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
    : Guide and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, ensuring high-quality design, coding, and software delivery.
  • Architecture & Development
    : Define and implement
    scalable, event-driven microservices
    in a
    cloud-based SaaS
    environment.
  • Full-Stack Expertise
    : Oversee the development of both backend (Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka) and frontend (Angular) components.
  • Scalability & Performance
    : Optimize system performance, database scaling, and event-driven workflows for high availability.
  • Cloud & DevOps
    : Manage
    AWS/Azure cloud deployments
    , CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring.
  • Code Reviews & Best Practices
    : Ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    : Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience


10+ years of hands-on development experience
in
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Expertise in
microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

Strong knowledge of
SaaS-based application development
and
multi-tenant architectures

Proficiency in
cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
, CI/CD pipelines, and
Kubernetes/Docker

Experience with
relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases

Frontend experience in
React, Angular, or
is a plus

Strong understanding of
scalability, security, and performance optimization

Excellent
problem-solving, leadership, and communication
skills
