Purpose of the Role: 

Responsible for imports, procurement and stores related activities.

Your Responsibilities:

Import of carbon facings and maintain optimum level of inventory for the same. Import/ export the materials based on the needs. CAPEX and Resource planning to align with the Budget and submit for approvals. Responsible for “procurement” related activities and ensure timely availability of the materials with the best quality and provide cost effective solutions. Vendor identification, evaluation and conducting audits. Consumable and spares planning – maintain optimum level of inventory considering reorder level and MOQ. Maintain the documentation requirements as per SAP and Statutory requirements. Ensure insurance coverage for the materials in transit. Ensure the Export/ Import documentations are maintained well. To continually improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the overall process.

Your Profile:

B.E – Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. 7 – 13 Years of relevant experience.
