Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction

What would the work Entail:

4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geographyBuild, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key account clients and key decision-makers in the industry.Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.Manage or build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.Manage the transaction process end-to-end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closuresResponsible for the individual or team’s P&L

Your Attributes:

Team handlingSelf-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent with MS Excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable the development of good relationships with both clients and colleaguesUnderstanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
