Key Responsibilities

- Develop compelling captions, titles, and descriptions for YouTube videos and social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in Tamil.- Craft attention-grabbing headlines that boost clicks and engagement.- Write in a tone and style that resonates with diverse Tamil-speaking audiences.- Ensure the content aligns with brand voice and goals while staying relevant to trends.- Use keywords effectively to improve search rankings on platforms like YouTube.- Proofread and edit copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.- Maintain high standards for grammar, spelling, and adherence to Tamil language nuances.- Stay updated on cultural, social, and digital trends in the Tamil-speaking community.- Adapt content strategies to leverage viral and trending topics.

Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of Tamil (both written and spoken) and working knowledge of English.- Writing Skills: Proven experience in writing creative and engaging content in Tamil for social media or digital platforms.- Cultural Understanding: Awareness of Tamil culture, idioms, slang, and current events.- Creativity: Ability to create compelling narratives and adapt tone to suit different audiences and platforms.

Preferred Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably for digital media.- Experience with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter contents.
