Help launch a new IT platform globally in the Alter Domus Group.Analyse and resolve issues, perform monitoring, tuning and optimization of IT platforms, while ensuring maximum availability and service to customersConsulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.Perform various duties required for the daily support of all assigned production applications and supporting systemsLogically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved within incident reportExchange with business, either over the telephone or by email, to help them about issues or requests and to solicit feedbacks to assess whether their requirements are metProvide second line support and expertise / training to the first line supportAvoid issues repetition and organize handovers to 1st and 2nd Level support external teams, by writing knowledge articles and proceduresCollect issue and improvements from the business to be presented for implementation to the Development teamYOUR PROFILE:Must have at least 4 years of experience in IT Application SupportKnowledge of ITIL framework is highly recommendedGood knowledge of enterprise server and desktop operating systems scripting such as: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server SQL IISFamiliarity with API Development / SaaS products a big plusExperience in coaching junior team members is considered an assetAble to work asynchronously with a globally distributed teamExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical peopleFluent EnglishStrong problem-solving skills both analytical and logical thinkingYou have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizationsExperience in and knowledge of the financial business is an advantage
