Lead Full Stack Developer

- We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Team Lead with expertise in React Native, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, MongoDB and serverless AWS technologies to lead our development team.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

- As a Senior Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.

Project Management : .

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align technical decisions with project goals.

Team Collaboration and Mentoring :

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

Development and Coding :

- Lead by example through hands-on development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Technology Stack :

- Expertise in React Native for mobile application development.

- Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js.

- Experience with serverless architecture, specifically AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Cloud Services :

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, especially those related to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, AppSync, etc.)

- Optimize applications for cloud deployment.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement and enforce testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing.

- Please make sure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free code.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement security best practices in application development.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the development process.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6 - 8 experience in leading development teams, with a focus on React Native, React.js and Node.js.

- Experience with GraphQL and Mongo DB.

- Strong expertise in serverless AWS technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to make informed decisions and provide strategic technical direction.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- AWS certification is a plus.

Salary - 15 - 22 LPA
