About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual to join our team as a Social Media & Production Operations Intern. This is a 2-month, full-time internship that not only allows you to dive deep into the world of social media strategy and production management but also comes with the exciting possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the program.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management
Develop and execute creative social media strategies for AI-preneur and founders personal brand.
Generate fresh content ideas that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and boost follower growth.
Plan, schedule, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase workshop sales and brand visibility.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Production Operations Management
Source and coordinate with models, photographers, and other talent for content production shoots.
Research and finalize on-brand locations that enhance the creative vision of our content.
Oversee shoot logistics, timelines, and quality control to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
Mandatory Requirements:
An open and active Instagram profile showcasing your ability to engage with audiences and create content.
Prior content creation experience (could be through personal projects, internships, freelancing, or professional roles).

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Important additional information:
1. We started operations around 2 years ago, and we have a studio located in Baner, Pune.
2. We have a great vibe and a 4-member team consisting of 3 creators and 1 Introvert. Below are Shahid's and my profiles, we have a successful edtech startup with over 100,000 students across India, and HOC is our second venture.

- Dhanraj: Shahid: What we do at HOC: We also take contracts to create end-to-end video content (including pre-production and post-production). Additionally, we create UGC ads for D2C brands.
4. Your Role: You will be the 5th team member and part of the core team leading this organization.
5. Company Culture: We maintain a chill atmosphere (no corporate vibes). You can grab a beer or a cigarette—we only care about meeting deadlines. Just don’t do drugs.
6. Compensation: Initially, we offer a stipend of for a 2-month probation period. Upon completing the internship and based on satisfactory performance, you will be offered a pre-placement offer. The salary will depend on your performance during the internship.
