Purpose of the position: Accounts Receivable Management / Reconciliations


Roles and Responsibility

  • Regular reconciliation of accounts by getting customers ledger and reconciling with our books of accounts.
  • Work on Reconciliation signoff as an important KRA.
  • Work with respective stakeholders for closure of open items.
  • Regularly produce an MIS on open items and action plan on closure.
  • Work closely with business / Supply Chain to close open items.
  • May be required to travel to customers for reconciliation for larger accounts like Reliance Retail etc.
  • Ensure that least items are standing as open items in reconciliation so that amount stuck up / delay in payment can be minimized
