Senior SEO

We are hiring a Senior SEO & Organic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead GalTech's organic growth initiatives for in-house brands and client projects across the UAE and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of SEO—technical, on-page, and off-page (audits, keyword research, optimization, authority building, link strategies).
• Develop and implement content strategies (blogs, websites, videos, organic social media, influencer collaborations, community engagement).
• Lead organic audience growth through email marketing, engagement campaigns, and newsletters.
• Utilize AI tools, automation, and analytics platforms to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
• Manage and implement local, technical, and international SEO strategies.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for improved results.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior marketers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Provide a portfolio of successful SEO/organic campaigns (mandatory for application).

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO and organic digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; Middle East experience preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and lead/mentor team members.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, AI/automation tools).
• Proven expertise in content marketing, social media growth, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong technical SEO and content SEO knowledge with solid analytics and project management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the UAE/Middle East market.
• Working knowledge of Arabic.
• Certifications in SEO/Digital Marketing.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
