Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Literacy Trainer to lead new teacher training and develop engaging content modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial education and training, along with experience in content creation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our educators are well-equipped to deliver high-quality financial literacy lessons to students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new teachers on financial literacy concepts and teaching methodologies.
Develop, update, and enhance content modules and curriculum materials for financial literacy programs.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align content with educational best practices.
Assess and provide feedback to teachers to improve their financial literacy teaching skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends in financial education and integrate them into training sessions.
Support the onboarding process by ensuring teachers are well-prepared before they begin teaching.
Requirements:
