Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and reliable systems architecture for our NOC operations.

- Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and technical specifications.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

- Develop architectural solutions to address technical challenges and achieve business objectives.

- Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend improvements.

- Ensure systems comply with security policies and standards.

- Lead efforts in system integration and migration projects.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in system architecture and network operations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (X years) as a System Architect or a similar role in a NOC environment.

- In-depth knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

- Hands-on experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing high-availability systems and disaster recovery solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications (e.g, Cisco Certified Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) technologies.
