Workspace Planning Specialist

What you’ll be doing: As the Workspace Planning Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping dynamic, functional, and future-ready environments for our aviation-focused teams. Reporting to the Design and Construction Program Manager and working closely with our project management team, you’ll lead the planning and optimisation of workspaces across our corporate offices and airport-based facilities. In this autonomous and strategic role, you’ll ensure our physical environments evolve in line with the changing needs of our people and the business. Your work will support operational efficiency, employee wellbeing, and an exceptional workplace experience—making our spaces not just places to work, but places where people thrive.
