Job Details:

As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of our IT solutions and services. You will work closely with our technical team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand client needs and provide ongoing support.

1. Sales Process Management:

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

1. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the technical team to understand and communicate technical solutions to clients.- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts.

1. Market Research and Strategy:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Skills:- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
