Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Manager located in Hyderabad.

The Booking Manager will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with guests, handling booking-related inquiries, and ensuring that all booking details are accurate and up-to-date.

Other day-to-day tasks include overseeing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining relationships with travel agencies and partners, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in booking software and reservation systems
  • Customer service experience and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of OTA (Online travel Agency)
