The Job

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough international and local market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the staffing industry.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in 
  • the international and local staffing sector.
  • Drive initiatives to attract and secure partnerships with international clients in alignment with the company's staffing solutions.
  • Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote staffing services, leveraging both online and offline channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and potential clients to expand the company's global presence.
  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring a unified and effective approach.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion into new international markets, adapting strategies as needed.


The Profile

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record of successful international client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of global staffing trends, regulations, and business practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful marketing content
