Senior Principal Consultant, Delivery ManagerIn this role, Leading and Managing large teams of developers, QA, project managers and multiple other key profiles. Facilitating the timely production of software and other computer products through the effective management of teams.
Responsibilities
·Handling customer problems: being in contact with and responsible for the entire supply chain, customer problems must also be taken care of by the Delivery Manager in order to manage their resolution·Maintaining good customer relationships and improve the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction·Receiving and evaluating customer requests and complaints · Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders·Managing Project budgets·Managing Technical Support to the Teams·Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines·creating distribution plans that are as efficient as possible in terms of cost and time, in order to guarantee delivery to customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
·Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·Possess soft skills like attention to detail, teamwork, leadership qualities, team management and excellent communication·demonstrate leadership skills , manage risk and guide their projects towards successful delivery.·Ensure Teams Are Trained
