The Role We’re looking for a Program Manager (Web3) to help us bring our blockchain and tokenized ecosystem to life. You’ll bridge strategy, execution, and technology — ensuring smooth collaboration between our product, design, engineering, and token teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured chaos: a fast learner with strong organizational skills, deep curiosity about Web3, and the ability to turn big visions into actionable, measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do -> Own the end-to-end execution of Web3 projects across CereBree’s ecosystem — from concept to launch. -> Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, marketing, design, partnerships) to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track. -> Work closely with blockchain developers to translate technical progress into clear business updates. -> Manage sprints, set milestones, and run weekly check-ins. -> Prepare project roadmaps, dashboards, and reports for leadership and investors. -> Anticipate roadblocks early, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum steady. -> Collaborate with product teams on CRX token use cases, integrations, and ecosystem rollouts. What You’ll Bring -> 3–6 years of experiencein program management or operations within tech / blockchain / SaaS companies. -> Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economies, and Web3 trends. -> Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. -> Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills. -> A bias for clarity, action, and trust, you get things done without micromanagement.
