We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across different platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Organize and categorize information to ensure easy retrieval.

Data Quality & Accuracy:

  • Ensure all entries are correct and follow company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of data entry activities.
  • Generate basic reports as needed for internal use.
  • Assist in organizing and storing digital files systematically.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Technical & Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Familiarity with data management systems, CRM software, or ERP tools is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
