PositionOverview:

Asa Lead Python Developer at Kadel Labs you will play a key role inleading the design development and implementation of complexsoftware solutions. Drawing on your extensive experience andtechnicalexpertise youwill mentor junior developers collaborate with crossfunctionalteams and drive the evolution of our products andtechnologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadthe architecture design and development of scalable andhighperformance Pythonbased applications ensuring alignment withbusinessobjectives andtechnical standards.

  • Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to junior developers fosteringa culture of collaboration learning and continuousimprovement.

  • Collaboratewith product managers designers and stakeholders to translaterequirements into technical specifications anddeliverables.

  • Drivebest practices in software development including code qualitytesting documentation and deploymentautomation.

  • Performcode reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherenceto coding standards and architecturalprinciples.

  • Investigateand resolve complex technical issuesleveraging yourexpertise indebugging profiling and performanceoptimization.

  • Stayinformed about emerging technologies and industry trends evaluatingtheir potential impact and advocating for their adoption whereappropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering ora related field or equivalent practicalexperience.

  • 68years of professional experience in software development with astrong focus on Pythonprogramming.

  • Proventrack record ofleading and delivering complex projects from concept to completionwith a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)methodologies.

  • Expertisein Python frameworks such as Django or Flask along withproficiency inrelated technologies (e.g. SQL RESTful APIs asynchronousprogramming).

  • Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to think critically with apassion for tackling challenging technical problems and drivinginnovative solutions.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicatecomplex technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.

  • Experiencewith cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and containerizationtechnologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is aplus.
