Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Executive who can handle end-to-end social media activities – from planning and execution to performance reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of current social media trends, reel creation, campaign planning, and handling paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company/client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with new trends and apply them creatively for engagement.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for reels, posts, and stories.
  • Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) – planning, running, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Suggest growth strategies to improve follower base and conversions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending content formats, and influencer engagement.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Ability to plan campaigns, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Good communication & reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
