Job Title : AI/ML :

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges, enhance product offerings, and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate ML/AI systems into scalable, production-level solutions.
  • Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our processes and products.
  • Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques.
  • Participate in research and development (R&D) activities to explore new ideas and innovative approaches to complex problems.
  • Document and present model development, testing, and deployment processes to stakeholders.
Requirements :
  • Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools like SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills :
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.
  • Experience in deploying ML models in production environments.
