Location: Open to relocation (Outside India)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with 5-6 years of expertise in search engine optimization strategies and implementation. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in improving organic search rankings, driving traffic, and enhancing overall online visibility. This role requires flexibility and willingness to relocate outside of India based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve measurable results in organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to optimize website architecture, URLs, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization.
  • Create, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor algorithm updates, search engine guidelines, and industry trends to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies through outreach and partnerships to improve domain authority.
  • Ensure websites comply with search engine standards and maintain accessibility for global users.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO efforts for multiple regions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in SEO roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Must have work experience in digital marketing company.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and present findings.
  • Flexibility to relocate and work in international locations as required.
  • Experience in multilingual SEO or managing SEO campaigns across global markets is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of paid search strategies and integration with organic efforts.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or others.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.
