JOB DESCRIPTION Real Estate Sales Executive Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Company: Fomra Housing & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Office / Work Location: Kilpauk & Ongoing Project Sites Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Real Estate Sales Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 (Plus Attractive Incentives) Job Summary Fomra Housing & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The role includes handling qualified leads, conducting property presentations, managing site visits, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and passion for real estate sales are essential. This role is target-driven with high incentive potential. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Follow-Up Contact potential clients from the leads database. Qualify leads based on interest level and buying capability. 2. Site Visit Coordination Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers. Ensure timely follow-up and build strong rapport to drive conversions. 3. Client Engagement & Negotiation Understand customer requirements thoroughly. Present suitable project options and handle pricing/terms negotiations. Work towards closure of bookings. 4. Booking Closure Complete documentation, payment follow-ups, and initial formalities for booking confirmation. 5. Handover to CRM After booking confirmation, hand over complete client details to the CRM team for smooth post-sales support. 6. Database Management & Reporting Maintain updated lead tracking and client follow-up records using CRM software. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Plot/Project Sales. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil . Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Sell.do, or industry CRM). Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets. Capability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively. Preferred Attributes Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude. Strong local real estate market knowledge is a plus. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
