Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with deep expertise in modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional support for PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and implement PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, and design and implement process improvements.
  • Develop test plans, coordinate UAT with business users, and ensure solution accuracy.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and training materials.
  • Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience, with hands-on implementation/support expertise.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more modules: HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
  • Experience with full-cycle implementations and upgrades.
  • Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft configuration tools and functional setups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) is a plus.
