Background Of The Candidate

- 2-5 years of experience in operations, program management, process development or consulting- Experience to multiple technologies, project management tools and research methodologies Proven ability to solve problems creatively and having excellent analytical skills- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline- Consulting background in domains like risk, advisory, operations, process development or audit is preferred- Experience in managing operations, conducting online research, reporting writing and process development- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices- Demonstrate leadership, team management and crisis handling abilities- Expertise in using tools like MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word- Must be an avid reader, with the experience of reading across genres, types, styles etc. over many years- MBA or Masters from a reputed college or university
