Key Responsibilities:
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
Database Management: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures and queries to meet application data requirements.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Code Quality & Reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of code quality.
Agile Practices: Embrace and promote Agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement.
Technical Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with C# for server-side development.
SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and queries.
API & Integration: Proven experience with APIs and system integrations.
Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
DevOps Knowledge: Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
Front-End Experience: Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like KnockOutJs or ReactJs.
Agile Experience: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Industry Experience: Experience in the financial services sector, lending frameworks, or BFSI/regulated industries.
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of loan origination/management systems and payment processing is a huge plus.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment (onsite/offshore) and manage tasks under tight deadlines.
