Qualifications and Skills Proficient with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc. Experience in shooting video, ensuring high-quality content creation. Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operations. Strong grasp of lighting techniques to enhance video quality and aesthetics. Ability to edit video content to create compelling narratives that engage viewers. Experience capturing company events, promoting our brand through dynamic visual storytelling. Dedication to shooting daily content that diversifies and expands our digital presence. Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in video production and ensure timely delivery. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience in shooting and editing videos for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.) Capable of handling in-house shoots for daily content, podcasts, and company event Roles and Responsibilities Capture high-quality video content for various company projects, events, and promotional campaigns. Edit videos using editing software to create clear and visually appealing videos that reflect our brand. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute original video ideas. Use lighting techniques to ensure all video content is impeccably lit and professionally shot. Manage and organize video libraries, ensuring easy accessibility and organization of assets. Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring preparedness for shoots and projects. Consistently deliver projects within deadlines while upholding brand guidelines and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video production to continually enhance output quality.
