Product Manager – IoT & Robotics to drive the vision, innovation, and adoption of our next-generation IoT Platform and Robotics solutions across the Facility Management (FM) and Food Services ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping how connected devices, telemetry, automation, AI, and Robotics create operational efficiency and unlock new business value for our internal and external customers. Candidate will be responsible for driving organizational innovation in emerging technologies and accelerating adoption across functions and business units. Candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, partners, clients, engineering, data, and delivery teams to define the product roadmap, onboard high-value use cases, and be responsible for business delivery. Work Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision Define and evolve a comprehensive product strategy and long-term vision for IoT, Robotics, and Emerging Tech (AI, automation, digital twins, edge computing). Build a point of view (POV) on emerging technologies through research, experimentation, and cross-industry insights. Translate innovation trends into actionable product opportunities aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment Work closely with business leaders, operations teams, and domain experts to identify and prioritize high-value use cases . Communicate product direction and innovation outcomes effectively to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Drive alignment between platform capabilities, organizational strategy, and delivery objectives. Innovation & Transformation Leadership Drive innovation across IoT, Robotics, and AI by identifying new technologies, patterns, and opportunities for efficiency and transformation. Establish and run innovation pipelines, PoCs, and pilot programs that validate emerging tech solutions before scale. Build internal frameworks to evaluate feasibility, scalability, and value realization of new technologies. Use Case Onboarding & Portfolio Management Lead identification, evaluation, and onboarding of IoT and Robotics use cases across FM and Food domains. Own business case creation, ROI analysis, and full lifecycle planning for emerging tech initiatives. Define success metrics and continuously track adoption and value realization. Execution & Delivery Oversight Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of platform capabilities. Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategy into epics, requirements, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog. Oversee key platform areas including device onboarding, telemetry ingestion, rules engines, AI models, robotics workflows, dashboards, and integrations. Adoption & Change Management Develop structured adoption programs to accelerate the rollout of IoT, Robotics, and AI across the business. Enable teams through training, frameworks, best practices, and knowledge sharing. Monitor platform and solution performance to drive continuous improvements. External Ecosystem Collaboration Partner with startups, academia, accelerators, technology vendors, and industry bodies to bring the latest innovations into the organization. Represent the company in external forums, consortiums, and thought-leadership communities. Scan the market for disruptive tech, benchmark industry practices, and integrate insights into product strategy. Governance, Compliance & Standardization Establish and enforce emerging tech standards , interoperability models, security guidelines, and architectural best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks. Required Skills: Master’s degree in engineering or business administration, or related technical field; a combination of technical and business education is strongly preferred. 10 to 15 years of overall industry experience, with a strong track record in technology-driven environments. 5+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a product management role focused on emerging technologies. Demonstrated outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proven experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams within dynamic business environments. Solid hands-on knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Strong leadership presence, with the ability to drive vision, guide teams, and inspire innovation. Ability to define long-term vision, identify emerging technology opportunities, and drive innovation. Skilled in roadmap definition, prioritization, and managing complex platform products. Understands business value, ROI, and industry dynamics to guide decision-making. Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and align cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Solid understanding of IoT, Robotics, AI, cloud platforms, and data flows; able to bridge businessand technology. Drives business delivery, ensures outcomes meet value goals, and partners effectively with delivery teams. Applies structured thinking and data-driven analysis to evaluate use cases and insights. Inspires teams, communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and drives alignment. Leads organizational adoption of emerging technologies and supports scaling through frameworks and processes.
