Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at the Pimpri Chinchwad branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, addressing queries, and ensuring successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries.
  • Guide applicants through the admission process and documentation.
  • Maintain follow-up with potential leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and admissions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and counseling ability.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹37,654.97 per month
