About the role:

This is a perfect role for a graduate student who is passionate about people and financials.

As an intern in our Reward team, we will offer you hands-on experience in global reward programs, including exposure to two important global reward programs: the annual pay review and development of an increased transparency on pay.

You will interact predominantly with the global Reward team, though may join meetings that include the wider business.

Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver individual projects, including presenting outcomes.
  2. Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and pay communication for review.
  3. Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs, including preparation and updating of documents, communications, presentations and trainings.
  4. Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate.

About you. Ideally, you are meeting the following hiring criteria:

  1. Recently graduated or in your final year of studies (Law, HR, Psychology, Sociology, etc);
  2. Capacity to commit to a minimum of 4 days work schedule;
  3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a good understanding of their functionalities;
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  5. Good commands both in written and spoken English are mandatory;
  6. Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information.
