Job Summary:

As a Front-End Web Designer , you will be responsible for translating design mockups into fully functional websites while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure that all web projects meet our clients' requirements and reflect their brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and responsive websites using Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
  • Convert design prototypes into functional HTML and CSS code with attention to detail and pixel-perfect precision.
  • Customize and maintain WordPress websites, including the development of custom themes and integration of plugins.
  • Ensure that all websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO best practices .
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements and content.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and accessible across different devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to enhance site functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best design and development practices are followed.
  • Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistency and functionality across various browsers and platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG ).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Web Designer or Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing work in Figma , HTML , CSS , and WordPress .
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and ability to create mobile-friendly websites.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , and WordPress theme customization.
  • Experience working with Figma for design mockups, wireframes, and UI/UX planning.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and experience optimizing web pages for search engines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs and code.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Elementor , WPBakery , or other WordPress page builders.
  • Knowledge of PHP for deeper WordPress customization.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
