HR Operations Head

PGC Digital is looking for an experiencedHR Operations Headto lead and streamline all People Success operations across the organization. If you’re passionate about performance management, HR governance, systems, and building high-impact HR processes, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-endannual appraisal cycles(KRA/KPI setup, assessments, calibration, compensation fitment). Drivemonthly performance reviews , scorecards, PIPs, and capability-building initiatives. Implement and trackOKRs / KRAsand monthly milestones using tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. OwnHRMS operationsincluding GreytHR PMS, timesheets, attendance, leave governance, onboarding, exits, and payroll inputs. Maintain HR policies, documentation,ISO/SOC compliance , and audit readiness. Conduct structured employee 1:1s, handle escalations, and facilitate HR Connects with leadership. Lead and mentor a team ofHR Operations Associatesto ensure seamless execution.Skills & Must-Haves Mandatory:Strong hands-on experience withGreytHR , including the PMS module. Solid understanding ofKRAs/OKRs , appraisal governance, and performance frameworks. Expertise in HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and HR reporting (Excel/Google Sheets). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a disciplined, data-driven approach. Strong attention to detail and process orientation.Qualifications 8–12 years of experience inHR Operations / HRBP roles . Experience inIT, SaaS, Consulting, or Digital Servicesis preferred.
