Position: Project Coordinator
Department: Projects
Location: New Delhi
Summary of Job: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support and manage key projects initiated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project tracking, coordination across departments and functions, preparation of dash boards and Gantt charts, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple key projects in diverse areas as assigned.
- Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources using tools like MS Project, Excel, or other project management software.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
- Timely escalate if the project is not going on track and/or there are gaps in execution.
- Analyse the reasons for the delay and coordinate accordingly.
- Revise the time lines and milestones in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including briefs, meeting notes, SOPs, and progress reports.
- Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Suggest improvements in project execution and tracking processes.
- Prepare project folder including management templates and/or closure archive.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite):
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Strong Planning and execution.
- Ability to work in dynamic, high responsibility environment.
- Root cause and analyses/gap.
- Documentation and follow up.
- Result driven approach.

Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business / Management or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably supporting senior leadership or corporate strategy functions.
