About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Kotlin Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team full-time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance Android applications with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and clean architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android Applications: Design, build, and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with Design & Product Teams: Convert UI/UX designs into smooth, responsive Android apps in close collaboration with designers and product managers.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services to deliver feature-rich applications.
• Debugging & Optimization: Test, debug, and optimize applications for speed, stability, and responsiveness across multiple devices and OS versions.
• Architecture & Code Quality: Implement MVVM / Clean Architecture patterns, ensuring maintainable and scalable code.
• Collaboration & Agile Workflow: Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and leverage tools (e.g., Jira, Git) for efficient project management.

Skills & RequirementsMust-Have:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Solid understanding of Java for Android development.
• Experience with Android UI development (XML, Jetpack Compose).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Retrofit/OkHttp, and third-party integrations.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles with ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
• Experience with Room / SQLite databases and local storage.
• Ability to debug, profile, and optimize Android apps for performance.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito).

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Jetpack libraries (LiveData, ViewModel, WorkManager, Navigation).
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt/Dagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Play Store deployment processes.
• Knowledge of version control with Git and code collaboration best practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
