Job Location: Lower Parel Mumbai JOBDESCRIPTION:
You will beresponsible to collect data from various databases to provide datainsights and analysis for smooth functioning of Supply Chainfunctions such as Inventory Management Vendor ManagementProcurement and Logistics.
KEYAREAS RESPONSIBILITIES
InventoryAccounting Verification of Inv Ledgers postreceipt from various stakeholders like Warehouse & Supply chainteam.
Verifications of B2B transactions and submittingthe same to Finance post verification.
Freezing ofPurchase Registers MTD & YTD basis and submitting tofinance.
Preparing and verifying the Marketplace invledgers basis reports available fromrespective channels.
Creating Provisions basisthe data received from stakeholders andsharing with finance.
Reconciling the gap in actual vstheoretical valuation.
Handling end to end ownership ofInv related data to be submitted to Finance. Reporting &Dashboarding Preparing Supply chaindashboard summary.
Analysis of Inventory MonthMonth foridentifying gaps in inventory levels & purchasecosts.
To control overall Zoho related job and verifyingevery entry done.
To take review of the executivereporting under you for all tasks assigned.
Ensuring allreports are shared within the deadline to avoid delays invaluation. Data/numbersorientedapproach
Experienced with Supplychain and Finance responsibilities.
Well versed atexcel/otherdata analysistools and Proficient in quantitative &qualitative analysis
Good understanding of Supply ChainOperations and Logistics processes.
Understanding ofAccountingprinciples and ledgers.
Veryorganized
Strong verbal & writtencommunication
Take ownership of work Follow up andconclude the task that was assigned. Coordination with Finance team forinventory accuracy Providing all datarelated to tax compliance to the finance team as and whenrequested.
Example: Purchase Reco Valuation Files IFCAudit related documents etc. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Data/numbersoriented approach
Experienced with Supplychain and Finance responsibilities.
Well versed atexcel/otherdata analysistools and Proficientin quantitative&qualitative analysis
Good understanding of SupplyChain Operations and Logistics processes.
Understandingof Accounting principles and ledgers.
Veryorganized
Strong verbal & writtencommunication
Take ownership of work Follow up andconclude the task REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEYINTERFACES/STAKEHOLDERS:

Team Supply Chain andOperations DESIREDCANDIDATE PROFILE:
4 years ofexperience in Supply Chain Analytics Finance preferably in FMCGindustry
