- 10+ years of experience in Project Management for Business Process Outsourcing initiatives (locations, offshore, workforce changes)
- Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project
- Should be comfortable to work with any of the agile modules
- Decide deadlines and budget of the project accordingly
- Interact with company clients and understand their requirements
- Maintain status report of the project and also keep a record of the previous reports
- Compile historical data available with the team and present it for reference of senior officials and the team members on the project
- Present status reports of the project to the senior officials of the organization
- Conduct training sessions for the team members and explain to them using the agile methods
- Maintain the software systems and provide necessary infrastructure such as software and operating system
- Help in the development and implementation of agile projects
- Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Demostrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of internal and external people, both in formal and informal circumstances, and where necessary to gain their agreement and acceptance
- Coordinate programs/projects of selected transitions (opportunities or actual projects/programs) including change management
- Track and report on progress on transitions (including budgets) against the agreed plan during transition phase and also participate in post transition projects to review the actual delivery against the original business cases
- Plan and prepare for project updates and tollgate reviews including alignment of all critical stakeholders ahead of the meeting
- Analyze & monitor project costs and assess benefits (CBA) at each tollgate; track and flag deviations from baseline CBA during throughout the project
- Identify & analyze risks against project execution, propose and execute mitigation working closely with Portfolio Manager & other stakeholders
- Ensure project execution against timelines, budget (CBA), scope and quality accepted by key stakeholders
- Manage end to end migration/ integration/ transition including preparation & maintenance of project plan, risk log, stakeholders
- Lead, track and ensure quality and completeness of knowledge transfer
- Resource planning – Responsible for working with resource managers across the organization to request, confirm, and forecast resources / effort allocation
- Providing accurate and timely communication to both client, stakeholders and project team members
- Managing risks and issues registers throughout the lifecycle of a business process transition,
- Working with Service and Project teams ensure policies, procedures and processes are designed, maintained and updated for Service Transition
- Maintain and create project documents and seek sign off on each toll gates
- Ensure that best practices are leveraged across the teams and track and report on progress on transitions against the agreed plan during transition phase
