In accordance with the ACT Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) Schedule 5 , this is an opportunity for permanent Enrolled Nurses (EN) Level 1, to apply for personal reclassification to Enrolled Nurse (EN) Level 2, based on their experience, skill and ability. Eligibility/Other Requirements: To be eligible to apply for a promotion to Enrolled Nurse Personal Classification Level 2, applicants: Must be a Permanent Officer at the Enrolled Nurse Level 1 Classification for Canberra Health Services. To aid our Recruitment Staff in confirming work rights, if the applicant is currently on a Temporary Residency VISA, please attach a copy of the applicants VISA Grant and Passport Bio-page.  Minimum years of worked experience required for a permanent Enrolled Nurse Level 2 pre-requisite: Four (4) years (6840 hours) of post graduate hours of practice worked in direct or indirect roles (inclusive of 7 weeks annual leave per year) To Apply:  Applications must be submitted through the e-recruitment system. These documents are only to be viewed by the current Manager, who then signs the Manager’s Declaration confirming that the candidate meets all the criteria to apply.
