Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and at least one project in Field Service Management (FSM). A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CSM and FSM modules.

- Customization and Integration : Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the integration of various systems and applications within the organization.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Solution Design : Participate in the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and integrations.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features and enhancements and proactively suggest improvements to existing solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Modules : Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and at least one project experience in Field Service Management (FSM).

- Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data management.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional Certifications : Any additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM) are a plus.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
