• CURRICULUM DELIVERY
  • Develop and deliver engaging dance lessons in Classical (Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi) and Western (Jazz, Hip-hop, Contemporary) dance forms.
  • Guide students through choreography, technique, and performance preparation.
• LESSON PLANNING
  • Design structured lesson plans incorporating practical and theoretical aspects of dance.
  • Continuously update and adapt lesson content to suit student needs.
• STUDENT ASSESSMENT
  • Evaluate students' progress through regular evaluations and performances.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
    • Prepare students for school events, competitions, and annual cultural programs.
    • Collaborate with faculty members to coordinate and organize dance-related activities.
  • CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
    • Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
    • Implement strategies for productive time use and student engagement.
  • PARENTAL ENGAGEMENT
    • Communicate with parents regarding student progress and participation.
    • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance or Performing Arts, with specialization in Classical and Western dance forms.

Diploma or equivalent certification in Classical Dance and Western Dance.

• Founder Level: 1-3 years of teaching experience.
• Master Level: 4-8 years of experience in both Classical and Western dance instruction.
• Developer Level: 9+ years of experience, with experience in choreography and performance coordination.
