• Proactively plan suggest and agree project deadlines with client.

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of questionnaire design and able to use a consultative approach to suggest alternatives to client.

• Liaise effectively with other departments/partners to plan his/her workload.

• Write comprehensive and self-explanatory briefing notes for scripters and check the most complex scripts.

• Offer services to act as back up to other project managers if they need assistance.

• Act as a source of advice on project feasibility.

• Manage complex multi country studies.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Market-Xcel and the services it operates and its competitors.

• Provide guidance on sample design and sampling strategies to clients, client services/project management teams at Market-Xcel.

• Work with project managers on questionnaire design and analysis if applicable as well as sample structure and sampling methodology.

• Coordination of all tasks for specific projects/clients involving the survey set-up working closely with sampling etc. as required.

• Advising on in-field data verification checks and general quality checks.

• Supporting team and clients in developing SOP, Project flows and project planning.

• Work closely with Sales Teams and Client Services Director to develop solid and lasting client relationships.

• Work with the team to deliver projects while maintaining Market-Xcel’s high quality standards.

• Work closely with all departments to achieve best solutions and service for Market-Xcel’s clients.

• Work with Client Services Director to device account specific service plans and strategies.

• Work with Team Leader/ Associate Director and Clients on routine account reviews.

• Develop a full understanding of Market-Xcel’s state of the art Market Research products in order to offer best solutions to our clients as well as identifying up-selling opportunities to the advantage of our clients.


Profile Requirement:

  • Should be able to own and manage Online Full service project single handedly.
  • Should be a multi-tasker and a problem solver.
  • Attention to details.
  • High proficiency in MS office
  • Understanding of basic budget management techniques
  • Strong internal / external client management skill.
