Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager promotes corporate values and enables business success through human resource management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct job interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide support and coaching to managers on performance issues.
- Facilitate employee development programs to improve performance and skills.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and create or coordinate training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage payroll processes.
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Participate in organizational planning and development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
- Health and Safety:
- Promote workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Address workplace safety concerns and incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
