Electromechanical Technician

We are Electromechanical Technician (Electrical and Controls Technician) for one of the reputed food processing company for their operation and maintenance project

Key Duties and Tasks:

• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain electrical and controls equipment and systems supporting food production activities.
• Inspect equipment and materials to identify errors/defects or other problems, and modify electrical and controls parts, assemblies, and systems to correct deviations.
• Assemble, install, and maintain electrical and controls systems and equipment according to engineering principles and data.
• Provide technical assistance for electrical and controls problems encountered during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and solve problems, maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance for food production machines and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• - Ability to read electrical diagrams/drawings as per manuals.
• - Knowledgeable in quality tools for problem-solving and improvement.
• - Familiarity with basic safety (OSHA) standards.
• - Proficiency in drawing control circuit diagrams and using special tools for equipment monitoring.
• - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• - Education: Minimum 3-year Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering (ITI certificate holders not applicable).
• - Certifications/Memberships in relevant courses or trainings.
• - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience from the date of diploma certificate, specifically in food processing factories.
