Position Overview We are seeking a Shopify–Laravel Technical Lead (B2 B Product Development) to design, architect, and deliver next-generation, AI-powered B2 B e Commerce solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned full-stack engineer and architect with deep experience in Shopify Plus, Laravel, and ERP integrations—someone who can blend technical mastery with leadership to build scalable, future-ready commerce systems. You will lead a cross-functional team of developers, drive AI-first engineering practices, and shape i95 Dev’s next generation of commerce products that unify Shopify, Magento, Laravel, and ERP ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Shopify, Laravel, and Magento developers. • Architect scalable, high-performance B2 B commerce systems integrating Shopify, Laravel, and ERP platforms. • Design and develop custom Shopify apps, Laravel modules, and Magento extensions following coding best practices. • Champion AI-driven development for automation, code generation, testing, and performance optimization. • Define and implement intelligent CI/CD pipelines and AI-enabled code review workflows. B2 B Product & Integration Development • Architect and implement key B2 B commerce features — bulk ordering, quotes, customer-specific pricing, and approval workflows. • Lead ERP integrations (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Net Suite, or custom) through REST/Graph QL APIs or middleware connectors. • Build and maintain secure, real-time data pipelines for product, order, and inventory synchronization across systems. Shopify, Laravel & Big Commerce Development • Develop, customize, and publish Shopify Plus apps and themes adhering to marketplace standards. • Build modular, reusable Laravel back-end components ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. • Contribute to Big Commerce app development for multi-platform B2 B clients. • Leverage AI-assisted tools for prototyping, wireframing, and automation during development cycles. AI-Driven Innovation • Explore and integrate AI tools that enhance productivity, QA automation, and system analytics. • Utilize AI for code review automation, testing, and optimization. • Promote an AI-first culture across teams and encourage continuous innovation. Collaboration & Delivery • Collaborate with design, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams for smooth delivery of enterprise solutions. • Participate in client demos, pre-sales discussions, and technical workshops to showcase integration capabilities. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, architecture blueprints, and release notes. Technical Requirements : • 8+ years of full-stack web development experience. • 4+ years hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus (apps, themes, APIs). • Strong expertise in Laravel and REST API development. • Experience with Magento 2 module development and integration. • In-depth understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Net Suite) and API-based integrations. • Proficiency in REST/Graph QL APIs, webhooks, and data sync mechanisms. • Experience with headless commerce architecture, Shopify Hydrogen, or Storefront APIs. • Front-end proficiency in Liquid, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React or Vue.js. • Familiarity with Big Commerce customization and app development. • Strong working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions. • Exposure to SEO optimization, accessibility, and performance tuning. • Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud environments and deployment practices.
