Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager at Blaze Marketing Agency. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing to align efforts. The Sales Manager will also be involved in preparing sales reports, participating in meetings, and attending industry events to promote Blaze Marketing Agency's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development and Business Development
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Sales Performance Monitoring and Sales Reporting
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Marketing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
