About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will create engaging graphics for both digital and print media, supporting our educational programs, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Design visual content for social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and internal projects
Develop illustrations, logos, and brand assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
Ensure all graphics align with ZIYA ACADEMY's brand guidelines and visual identity
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, website banners, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design work
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Attention to detail and a good eye for color, typography, and layout
Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch
Understanding of social media marketing design trends
