Job Description: Automation QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA AutomationManager to lead and drive the automation testing initiatives within ourorganization. As the QA Automation Manager, you will be responsible fordesigning, implementing, and managing automated testing frameworks to ensurethe efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy alignedwith the organization's testing goals and software development lifecycle.

Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks tofacilitate efficient and effective automated testing.

Tool Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools andtechnologies to enhance testing capabilities and ensure alignment with industrybest practices.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance,mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve testingobjectives.

Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans,identify automation opportunities, and ensure test coverage across variousapplication components.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA automationprocess, incorporating feedback loops and optimizing testing workflows.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of software quality by establishingand enforcing quality assurance best practices and standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with development and quality assurance teams tointegrate automated testing seamlessly into the overall development process.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation testingand provide regular reports to stakeholders on test coverage, defects, andoverall test effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA Automation Manager or similar role.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or others commonly used in automation.
In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools and technologies.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
