Senior Strategic _ Executive Assistant- work from office Bangalore

What You’ll Do 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings for the Managing Director, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist the MD with managing internal and external meetings including agenda setting, meeting content and action item tracking, ensuring that expected results are documented and followed up on.
  • Engage and effectively communicate with executive stakeholders, liaising with their teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to build relationships and a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and communications directed to the Managing Director's office.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the Managing Director, overseeing project plans, time-lines, and deliverable.
  • Track key performance indicators and milestones to measure project success and impact on organizational objectives.
  • Research and analyze industry regulations, policies, and best practices relevant to the organization's operations and strategic goals.
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and emerging trends, providing recommendations for proactive response and adaptation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director as needed, including drafting correspondence, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Coordinate internal events and communication campaigns to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the executive office and related facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and services.

The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience.
  • Ideal candidates would have a strong functional background of Business Analysis, Strategic planning, marketing and communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions and influence decision making.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
  • Work on problems of various degrees of complexities where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple intangible variables.
