Designation: Senior Backend Developer (US Shift)
Location: Remote, India
Employment Type: Full Time
Expertise: Mid-Level
Shift: 8 Hours (Between 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM), Weekends working, with 2 Days week off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop robust microservices-based applications, leveraging Java and Spring Boot to create scalable and efficient backend solutions for our cutting-edge projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate DevOps practices, automating build, test, and deployment processes to streamline development workflows and improve overall productivity.
- Utilize expertise in banking domain knowledge to create secure, compliant, and innovative financial technology solutions that meet regulatory requirements and exceed client expectations. • Optimize application performance, conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during night shifts, providing critical support to ensure 24/7 system availability and reliability.
Foundational Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices-based applications, demonstrating the ability to create scalable, modular, and maintainable backend systems. •
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, with the ability to create, manage, and optimize Docker containers for efficient application deployment and portability.
- Strong command of Java programming and the Spring Boot framework, essential for developing robust and efficient backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring seamless scaling and management of microservices in complex distributed environments.
- Willingness and ability to work during night shifts, crucial for providing round-the-clock support and maintenance for critical systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, enabling streamlined development processes and improved collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Understanding of banking industry regulations, processes, and technologies, essential for developing compliant and innovative financial solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for projects and tasks, showing initiative and accountability in all aspects of work.
