Overview
Lead a frontline sales team focused on mobile devices and services. Drive performance, coach effectively, and ensure targets are met while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate: Inspire your sales team with clear goals and effective coaching.
(Common to team leader roles—leaders manage, support, and guide their teams toward goals. - Achieve Sales Targets: Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed mobile sales KPIs.
- Performance Management: Monitor team metrics, provide feedback, and support performance improvements.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Report & Collaborate: Prepare regular performance updates and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Handle Escalations: Resolve customer issues quickly and uphold quality and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in mobile/electronics sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of retail
- Preferred who having experience in Team Handling .
- Must have experience in Dealer Handling
- Must have experience in Distributer Handling
