• Leading digital transformation function focused on enabling smarter intelligent operations
• Lead enterprise level digital initiatives to embed automation across operations
• Responsible for People management, Client and Stakeholder Management on digital operations to achieve account and workflow simplification, optimization, transformation
• Understand our customer priorities, can translate them into digital transformation road map and
contribute to meet customer commitments to drive value and outcome
• Skilled enough to adopt different levers of transformation to deliver outcome
• Ability to understand RCM/HIM business processes in detail, identify process specific challenges
and redundancies and list down opportunities to drive end to end process improvement leveraging process excellence, automation, and analytics solutions
• Understand key metrics in various level customer / business process / Operations Support
functions/ Project /Program and identify critical metrics for transformation initiatives.
• Perform process mapping / value stream mapping using various BPM / Microsoft tools and
perform deep dive analysis on process metrics, nuances.
• Work with technology team throughout solution development life cycle to translate business
requirements into technical document for engineering
• Understands and has worked across automation, analytical tools, AI platforms to conceptualize
intelligent automation solutions using RPA, AI, ML, NLP, Chat bots, AWS, Azure, API micro services,
interoperable cloud solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge on modern telephony systems and call management software design /
development / deployment
• Deliver business case, project design, solution design documents etc.
• Generate and interpret data in operational / financial terms to take critical decisions
• Familiar with process disaggregation framework and calculate automation potential and $ benefits,soft benefits, ROI etc.
• Develop project plans, milestones, KPIs, and strong define success criterions to assess results
• Work with senior leadership / business leaders/ Agile development, DevOps teams
• Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA and HR policies.
JOB LOCATION – Chennai
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES
Overall, 15+ years of experience with min 10+ years of relevant experience in driving process
automation and digital enabled improvement, transformation projects in prior auth, verification,
coding, billing, collections processes across hospital systems for providers
Managed and led enterprise level initiatives
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Strong presentation skills
Good RCM industry knowledge and network
Confident, amicable and ability to persuade and influence
Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics
Self-starter with the ability to lead and own projects end to end
Attention to detail and concern for accuracy
Excellent team player skills
Certifications from reputed institute
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum master or other equivalent
Agile trained and certified
Lean Six Sigma green belt / black belt from reputed institute
Desirable to have technical certifications in Digital Transformation like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS, Azure, etc.
Desirable to have experience in supporting large RFPs transition & solutions
